Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Acumatica ERP based on client requirements.
• Understand business cycles (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
• Conduct system testing, end-user training, and data migration from legacy systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop test scenarios.
• Handle customer concerns and create reports using Acumatica ERP.
