ERP Expert - Sales & Service

1. Take charge of SAP SD&CS module for Front Office domain, participate in KunPeng SAP S/4 migration project, including but not limited to business process and blueprint completion, solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, training etc. 2. Deliver other SAP related project and CHR on quality/on time/on budget. 3. Provide professional SAP SD/CS module consulting services, optimize business processes and SAP solution improvement according to the company's needs, and ensure the smooth operation of Sales & Service business processes in the SAP system. 4. Identify, analyze and solve various problems related to the SAP SD/CS module, and provide timely and efficient technical support. 5. Collaborate with cross - functional teams, such as IT, Sales & Service team, Supply Chain, Solution Center, Finance, and other business departments, to ensure the effective implementation of SAP - related projects. 6.
