ERP Documentation & Training Consultant – IFS Cloud

Recann is supporting a client delivering an ERP transformation programme and is seeking an ERP Documentation & Training Consultant to support an IFS Cloud implementation.

The role focuses on creating high-quality end-user documentation and training materials to support system adoption and readiness ahead of a planned go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating end-user documentation and user manuals for ERP processes
• Developing training materials using ClickLearn (experience beneficial but not essential)
• Working closely with business users and functional consultants to document end-to-end processes
• Supporting documentation standards and consistency across the programme

• Proven experience producing ERP documentation and end-user training materials
