ERP Development Manager

Position: ERP Development Manager – Location: Corporate Office - North York – Salary: $170K to $180K – Type: Full-time, On-site – Posting Type: Open vacancy.

Job Description

• Lead ERP modernization and cloud migration (NAV → Business Central)
• Redesign legacy NAV customizations into extension-based BC architecture (AL)
• Own integrations across POS (LS Central), e‑commerce, CRM, WMS, finance, inventory, and vendor APIs
• Drive data migration, ETL, governance, and cut‑over execution
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership (coding, architecture, CI/CD, environments)
• Build and mentor a high‑performing ERP development team
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear, business‑aligned outcomes
• Enforce security, compliance, observability, and operational discipline
