ERP Data Master Controller

The ERP Master Data Controller is the single point of accountability for the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and governance of all ERP master data across the Group. The role ensures that master data supports financial integrity, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness, in line with approved policies and internal controls.
Scope of Master data
Responsible for governance and control of, including but not limited to:
Chart of Accounts (CoA), financial dimensions, and posting profiles
Customers, vendors, and credit-related master data
Item masters, BOMs, formulations, and product hierarchies
Fixed assets master data
Bank accounts, payment terms, tax and regulatory attributes
Intercompany master data
Data Quality & Integrity
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all legal entities
Perform periodic data quality reviews, reconciliations, and validations
