Location: Meycauayan, Central Luzon, Philippines. Join Nestélé's Human Resources team to shape employee relations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Promote knowledge and understanding of the Nestle Code of Business Conduct, Employee Relations, Conditions of Work and Employment, and related policies through New Employee Orientation, refresher trainings, and learning sessions.
• Partner with NPI and external business partners to conduct CARE audits of NBS employees, ensuring social compliance and driving issue closure.
• Collaborate with NPI on Contempo audits of third‑party business partners, following up with Facilities Management for resolution.
• Develop, review, and improve HR policies and procedures related to employee relations and other needed policies.
• Work with HRBPs and Management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
