Equity Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Equity Accounting Analyst with strong experience using E*TRADE software, specifically in generating and validating reports required for US-based financial reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K submissions. This role will directly support our US accounts, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in alignment with SEC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Run, extract, and analyze E*TRADE reports used for supporting US quarterly and annual financial filings (10-Q and 10-K).
• Validate equity award data (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, etc.) and ensure accuracy for US reporting requirements.
• Work closely with US Accounting and Finance teams to support audit requests, reconciliations, and compliance needs.
• Conduct data checks, comparisons, and reconciliations between E*TRADE and internal US-based financial records.
• Maintain updated understanding of equity plan administration workflows within E*TRADE.
