**Position Overview**

Maintenance of such a large and expensive fleet requires a well-structured and properly executed maintenance program which involves the participation of everyone on the project. The **Equipment Superintendent** is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and executing equipment activities in support of all construction projects.
