Equipment Sourcing & qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Identify and select suitable equipment based on superiority and performance.

· Create purchase specifications and release buy-off report.

· Co-ordinate with process SMEs on the requirement and also ensure timely readiness for the project (end to end)

Requirements:

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering

· Experience in semiconductor backend processes and equipment.

· Good networking with suppliers to obtain efficient support.

· Able to understand customer’s requirement and ensure buy-off meets requirements.

· Co-ordinate training for team members, and able train new internal staff.

· Manage spares to minimize downtime.

· Good understanding on creating manuals, OPL. WI, SOP

· Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor packaging & substrate designing.
