We are seeking a dedicated and technically-minded Mining Trainer to join our clients team for a key equipment simulation training operation near Geraldton, Ontario. In this unique embedded role, you will act as a trusted partner within a major mining operation, bridging the gap between cutting-edge simulation technology and on-site operator performance. You will be responsible for de-risking the integration of new training systems and driving measurable improvements in safety, production, and maintenance outcomes. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on seeing real-world results through high-fidelity simulation and continuous improvement initiatives. While based at the site near Geraldton, we are specifically looking for candidates in the Thunder Bay or Geraldton areas to support local employment with a 2 week on, 2 week off schedule.
