What You Will Do

As an Equipment Service Technician (EST), you will diagnose, repair, and maintain dental equipment while delivering responsive, professional customer service within your assigned territory. You will manage service requests, provide repair updates, offer guidance on equipment care and upgrades, and coordinate vendor repairs when required. You will also support territory growth by prospecting new customers and promoting preventative maintenance agreements and related service solutions. Additionally, you will complete work orders and billing, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.
