Equipment & Process Engineer/Senior Engineer

PEN S J Electronics Sdn Bhd is an advanced material manufacturer. Our company is a manufacturer and supplier to the global electronics, semiconductor, and thermal management markets. We manufacture thermal interface material which is used in high power computing (HPC) and high power HP) industries.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Equipment & Process Engineer/Senior Engineer to be responsible for:

1. Responsible high volume manufacturing equipment and processes.
2. Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process related problems.
3. Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products, to meet safety, quality and cost indicator goals.
4. Owns execution of maintenance and repair activities for equipment and relevant module of components.
