Equipment Operator – Residential Grading & Loaming

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our growing residential construction team in Calgary. This role is focused on final grading and loaming for new home construction and will transition into snow removal operations during winter months.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate a mini skid steer (Bobcat 463/S70) for residential grading and loaming
- Fine grading for new home lots
- Operate Bobcat mini skid steer with foot controls
- Work in tight areas in between houses
- Work safely and efficiently on active residential construction sites
Required Experience
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FOOT CONTROLS
