Equipment Technician
The Equipment Technician performs preventive and predictive maintenance to conserve machinery with Overall Equipment Standards, maintains machinery in optimal condition, and calibrates measuring equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to conserve machinery with Overall Equipment Standards.
- Calibrate measuring equipment.
- Provide solutions to abnormality cards.
- Contribute with 5S methodology.
- Implement Kaizen to improve Mean Time Between Failure and Mean Time to Repair.
- Generate list of critical spare parts and consumables.
- Follow up on spare parts purchase orders.
- Maintain ESH (Environmental, Safety & Health) guidelines.
- Provide production line support focused on priorities set by the manufacturing team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Maintenance, Electronics, or Mechanics.
