- Take ownership of assigned equipment and
systems, ensuring uptime, MTBF/MTTR and efficiency - Analyze performance data and initiate improvements,
upgrades and modifications - Develop, plan and
execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities - Perform root cause analyses and implement structural
improvements - Release equipment for production
after maintenance or modifications - Create and
maintain technical documentation (PM procedures, spare parts lists,
FMEA) - Act as project owner for tool
modifications and support IQ/OQ and new equipment
introductions - Work closely with operations,
maintenance and suppliers - Coach and support
equipment engineers and technicians
- MBO, HBO or WO degree in a technical field
- At least 7 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer
