About the Role
- Attending and troubleshooting of wafer sort equipment during equipment down and low yield issues
- To receive incoming wafer and support of wafer lot shipment
- Carry out incoming/outgoing wafer inspection
- Carry out wafer sort production support, equipment setup, lot transaction and lot shipment
- Keep good housekeeping and good safety practices to adhere to company/department set rules, regulations and discipline
