We need an EPICOR Implementation specilaist who will do the following responsibilities:
Plans and provide solutions to plant layout and production processes for all operations in the plant, improve manufacturing flexible system to boost production.Study new machinery and facilities and recommend or select efficient combinationsConduct studies and implement programs to determine optimum inventory levels for production and to allow optimum utilization of machinery, materials and resourcesImprove the system to a more robust and efficient future state mapping of the operations, as compared with the current state in the plantTrain operators the SOP Standard Operating ProceduresDevelop Quality Manual and instructions to ensure quality assurance with six sigma statistical methods and improve efficiency Manufacturing Lean methodologies Develop solution for minimal downtime and Maintenance standard and s...
