Epic Willow and 3rd Party Analyst

CTG is seeking a Willow and Third-Party Application Analysts to join our team.The Epic Willow & Third‑Party Applications Analysts will provide support pharmacy operations by maintaining medication‑related build, resolving system issues, and ensuring smooth integration between Epic Willow and external pharmacy systems. Working closely with pharmacists, technicians, IT teams, and vendors, this role focuses on day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. The analyst applies pharmacy technician knowledge to improve medication safety, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Epic Willow Support**

+ Assist with medication build, updates, and maintenance within Epic Willow under the guidance of senior analysts or pharmacists.
+ Support pharmacy workflows including dispensing, compounding, inventory, and medication administration processes.
