Position Summary:

The Epic Cache/IRIS DBA will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Epic Caché/IRIS database environment within a pediatric healthcare setting. This role ensures the performance, reliability, and availability of critical Epic applications to support patient care and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Database Administration
:

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic Caché/IRIS databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor database health, including backups, indexing, and storage utilization.
• Manage database upgrades, patches, and hotfixes in collaboration with Epic and IT teams.
• Assist with Enterprise Microsoft SQL support as needed.
