We are seeking an experienced EPD Lead to lead product development initiatives and manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in formulation development, project management, and cross-functional team coordination Requirements Manage end-to-end product development projects and ensure timely execution. * Lead formulation development, product improvement, and innovation activities. * Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Production, and Marketing teams. * Conduct product trials, evaluations, and stability studies. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards. * Maintain accurate product development documentation and reports. * Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. * Support scale-up activities and successful product launches
