EPC Lead Pastor Position

EPC is looking for a Lead Pastor committed to spiritual leadership and growth. Your role will involve guiding our community in evangelism, worship, and achieving our mission.
As the Lead Pastor, you report to the EPC Leadership Team, focusing on spiritual nourishment and the implementation of God’s vision. Your experience in pastoral leadership will be pivotal in building a vibrant, faithful community that serves both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee spiritual growth and community leadership
• Foster worship and evangelism initiatives
• Develop leaders within our congregation

• Adhere to scriptural leadership requirements
Requirements:
• Proven pastoral leadership experience
• Credentials from PAOC, AOG, or recognized authority
• Passion for teaching, revival, and worship
• Visionary ability to mentor and empower others
