EOL Equipment Engineer (Mold)

The Equipment Engineer will ensure the operational readiness and reliability of mold tooling and related equipment, responsible for procurement, repair, design & improvement review of mold tool tooling with supplier and cross functional team. He will address & recommend solutions for mold issues to the team. •Coordinate procurement & repair of mold tooling and spare parts. •Perform or oversee repair and refurbishment of mold tools to maintain operational readiness. •Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to review mold tooling designs. •Recommend and implement improvements for mold tooling performance and reliability. •Diagnose mold-related equipment issues and propose corrective actions. •Provide hands-on support for setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mold equipment. •Support improvement projects such as EFAR Crack package enhancements like AFL bent WLF finger detection initiatives •Maintain detailed records of mold tooling specifications, repairs, and improvemen...
