About the Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our Workers’ Compensation team. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance on psychological and mental health claims, with a strong focus on early intervention, recovery at work, and positive return-to-work outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with case managers, employers, treating practitioners and other stakeholders to ensure best practice, evidence-based approaches are applied to support injured workers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist advice on mental health injury claims
Support case managers with strategy, planning and risk identification
Review medical reports and recommend appropriate interventions
Facilitate recovery and return-to-work outcomes through early intervention
Engage with treating health professionals to ensure coordinated care
