• Hands-on Experience: You have experience working on cars, bikes, or heavy machinery (amateur or professional).
• A Growth Mindset: You have a strong desire to learn the trade and advance your skills.
• Local Focus: You are currently living in the region or are genuinely willing to relocate here.
• Reliability: You take pride in your work and show up ready to solve problems.
