Job Description
* Support delivery of HR ERP initiatives focused on rostering and payroll
* Gather and document business and functional requirements
* Work closely with HR and operational stakeholders
* Analyse current workforce scheduling processes
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
* Translate business needs into functional solutions
* Provide weekly reporting and delivery updates
* Proactively identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities
