About the Role
Job Description
1. Climate Change Management
✓ The company targets carbon neutrality by 2050 and a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions from manufacturing by 2030
✓ Together with the production department, the team will:
- Verify the progress of our suppliers' reduction plans and assist with related initiatives. - Promote coal phase-out and use of renewable energy in factories. - Work with external organizations. 2. Factory Environmental Evaluation
✓ Responsible for introducing environmental management Higg FEM project to suppliers to ensure the company's minimum requirement and improve the factory performance
✓ Responsible for chemical management at factories and ensuring wastewater test result
✓ Responsible for waste management at factories by implementing waste management guideline
✓ Responsible for water reduction at factories by following the company's target of 10% per unit by 2025 3. Traceability
