Environment Management Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environment Management Lead to drive the enterprise rollout of Ecosys, a strategic environment management tool, for a large banking client. This is a high-visibility role, sitting two levels below the CTO, with strong executive exposure and long-term potential.
You will act as the sole lead and SME, owning the implementation, onboarding, and adoption of Ecosys across multiple application teams. This role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape environment management practices at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end rollout and implementation of Ecosys across enterprise environments
• Act as the primary SME for Ecosys functionality, configuration, and best practices
• Coordinate environment pipelines, version control, and lifecycle management
