Entry-Level Payroll Processor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Processor to support our payroll operations. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in payroll, finance, or HR who wants hands-on experience in compensation processes and compliance.

What you'll do
You will assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring employee data is accurate, and supporting reporting and documentation. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and team leads to make sure employees are paid correctly and on time. You'll also help check payroll inputs, validate timesheets, and maintain payroll records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in payroll preparation and processing
• Review timesheets, attendance, and payroll inputs for accuracy
• Help maintain employee payroll records and documentation
• Support generation of payroll reports and government-required files
• Assist in resolving basic payroll inquiries from employees
