Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Engineer to lead and support qualification activities for alternate suppliers of leadframes and clipframes, including conversions from etched to stamped option. This role is critical to driving cost savings projects and supporting the site's growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute qualification projects for alternate leadframe and clipframe suppliers.
• Drive conversion initiatives from etched to stamped leadframe options.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier Management teams.
• Facilitate and manage Technical Data Reviews (TDRs) and ensure timely communication with suppliers.
• Support data gathering, analysis, and report generation for qualification and conversion activities.
