About the Role

Be the expert at certain process area, maintain and continually improve process capability, yield and reduce defect PPM, optimize operation spec and provide training to operation staff, timely close line abnormal, support EON and NPI activity, support machine qualification and buyoff.
Sustain production and OCAP/QCN disposition.
Lead the accumulate yield improvement project.
Provide technical analysis and responsible EFAR actions.
Lead cost reduction projects.
Work with other dept for process sustaining, as hold lot disposition, test maverick lot disposition.
Package design/Tooling design review and optimization.
Generate case analysis report/project report/Weekly report for management review.
Master degree and graduate in 2026.
Positive, hard and high efficiency work style.
Strong team communication and team work skill.
Fluent English speaking with good writing.
