Entry Level Analyst

Our client a well known Financial Services company is seeking an Entry level Analyst in their Andover, MA Location!

Duties & Accountabilitie

• sCoordinate and review tax documents (IRS Forms W-8 and W-9, and CRS self-certifications), ensuring completeness and accuracy in line with operational standards and regulatory requirements
• .Lead due diligence processes related to account onboarding, form solicitations, and account remediation efforts
• .Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day review processes and urgent escalations professionally and efficiently
• .Provide subject matter expertise on tax statutes, authority guidance, and industry best practices in response to team inquiries
• .Handle tax compliance and remediation requests in accordance with IRS regulations and internal protocols, supporting audit exposure mitigation
