But in this role, you are not just part of the team — you guide it.

As Hotel Activities Supervisor, you coordinate the daily entertainment program and support the activity team. You make sure schedules run smoothly. You step in when needed. You motivate. You organise. You lead by example.

Your days are structured. You review plans. You adjust activities. You communicate with hotel management. You support your team during pool games, fitness sessions or evening shows. You are visible — but you are also responsible behind the scenes.

It’s still a season in Greece. You share accommodation with your team. You work by the sea. After work, you enjoy the same sunsets and team dinners — but during work hours, you carry more responsibility.
