Enterprise Principal Program Marketing Manager

**Job Summary:**
The Red Hat marketing team is looking for a Principal Marketing Manager for Enterprise Programs to join us in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will manage how Red Hat positions itself and creates demand within the enterprise segment. As a Principal Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be to design and carry out field marketing programs for enterprise including Red Hat global annual conference tour, field events and 3rd Party events etc which have a significant, visible impact on pipeline growth for Japan, ensuring that marketing objectives are tightly aligned to business strategy. You will partner closely with sales teams and APAC Marketing team to understand the customer and industry landscape and with the marketing teams at the country and APAC level to ensure smooth, impactful delivery.
