About the Role

A leading IT services firm located in Colombia is looking for Experienced Professionals to support customer onboarding for Enterprise Agreements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service attitude and have 1-3 years of experience in IT or Customer Success. Familiarity with Cisco products and excellent communication skills are essential. This role requires the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a B2B context and work independently while being a great team player. This is a hybrid position based in Bogota.
