**Position Title:** Enterprise Learning Consultant

**Reporting Line:** Learning Delivery Leader, Enterprise Learning, APAC

**Position Purpose**

+ Assist the ADP Enterprise Learning (EL) Team in delivering quality learning outcomes to our Clients and Associates.
+ Responsible for the design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of training needs across our business.
+ Act as a consultant to the business to build skills and capability by conducting Training Needs Analysis, develop and deliver customized programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Facilitation of product and generic training programs for Clients and Associates.
+ Design, develop and maintain training and learning programs using Adult Learning Principals and methodologies (product specific, professional development and generic payroll courses).
