ENGINEERING TOOLS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Position Mission
Design and implement software tools that deliver solutions to improve Engineering processes, ensuring compliance with established development processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze systems and procedures to identify customer needs and process improvement opportunities (MUDA).

Design software applications with medium to high complexity system architectures, applying design patterns and standardized, effective communication elements.

Implement control systems and processes to monitor the performance of deployed tools and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Develop algorithms, routines, and interfaces using standard libraries, advanced SQL queries, and code reuse practices.

Validate testing processes for user interfaces, system components, and modules to ensure results meet expected performance and quality standards.
