Engineering Support

Responsibilities

• Communication campaign including posters/visual aids, email blasts, workshops
• Procurement of materials and services
• Monitor and tracking of budget

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in one of the following fields:
  • Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical)
  • Data Science or Analytics
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Reliability or Asset Management
  • Business Administration (for roles with a strong administrative or communication focus)
• Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar) for deep‑dive analytics on plant performance and downtime.
  • Familiarity with asset management frameworks, especially those used in PETRONAS or similar energy companies.
  • Ability to interpret and translate performance data into actionable insights. ...
