Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in one of the following fields:
  1. Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical)
  2. Data Science or Analytics
  3. Industrial Engineering
  4. Reliability or Asset Management
  5. Business Administration (for roles with a strong administrative or communication focus)
• Technical & Analytical Skills
  1. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar) for deep‑dive analytics on plant performance and downtime.
  2. Familiarity with asset management frameworks, especially those used in PETRONAS or similar energy companies.
