About the Role

The Engineering Support Assistant Intern will provide operational and administrative support to engineering teams by assisting with part procurement, coordination with manufacturing teams, and maintenance of engineering documentation. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented student who is eager to gain hands‑on exposure in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly support part procurement requests to meet engineering and project needs.
Identify, track, and resolve part availability issues by closely coordinating with procurement teams.
Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
Coordinate with manufacturing and planning teams to support prototype builds and manufacturing activities.
Create new part numbers and symbols for engineering designs.
Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) in Agile.
