Engineering Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance for all production machines.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of printing, packaging, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor machine performance, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and improvement of machines and utilities.
• Oversee motorpool operations including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and scheduling.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are roadworthy, properly serviced, and documented.
• Manage fuel monitoring, trip logs, and vehicle utilization for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts, services, and major repairs (machines & vehicles).
• Enforce safety policies, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
