Engineering Supervisor

EDUCATION:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in engineering or with equivalent experience of at least 10 years in Railway Maintenance.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least five years of experience in Supervisory position in railway industry
• Knowledgeable in maintenance management strategies, personnel handling, and automated maintenance management designs (CMMS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, schedules, monitors and supervises all LMS activities to ensure optimization of available resources.
• Assists Light Maintenance Section Head in reporting such as (but not limited to) Incident Reports, Rolling Stock inspection and/or inventory, spot audit summary, performance evaluation and daily time recording of personnel.
• Assists Light Maintenance Section Head in handling day to day administrative tasks
