Engineering Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

The individual will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an industrial ammonia refrigeration system as well as all other physical systems associated with it such as filtration system and other equipment.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervising and motivating the Engineering group comprising of Refrigeration Technicians/Plant maintenance crew.

2. Ensures that the Preventive Maintenance schedule is observed according to set guidelines for each particular machine or equipment.

3. Assists the Engineering Manager in developing cost-saving, energy efficient systems in the operations of ice machines.

4. Prepares required management report as requires, and does other functions that may be assigned form time to time as the need arises.
