Engineering Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Supervise and lead a team of technician and engineering staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure effective teamwork and high performance in doing the Preventive Maintenance and projects

Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams in troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on complex engineering problems.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with overall plant operations.

Identify training needs for engineering staff and facilitate professional development to enhance skills and keep the team abreast of industry advancements

Enforce Company Policies, Work Instructions, Procedures and safety protocols

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of engineering processes, designs, and project/maintenance outcomes.
