Job Description

◦ Integration of the final chatbot (Dialogflow CX) with the existing chatbot/ Voicebot Ul (developed in Dialogflow ES) and implemented login functionality in it.
◦ Implement various requirements in the chatbot.
◦ Implemented persistent session handling in dialogflow.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:
◦ 5-10 years of experience with dialog flow program (ES & CX), Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Conversation Al, Generative Al, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Python & similar technologies.
◦ Excellent understanding of Conversation Flows, Entities, Intents, Hierarchies and multiple level of conversations intents etc.
◦ Preferably experience is designing Conversation Flows for languages such as Thai etc.
◦ Experience of designing architecture
◦ Conversation Al, Gen Al solutions using Dialogflow CX
