Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Scope Definition
- Identify and prioritize the set of components requiring drawing revalidation based on risk, criticality, and usage frequency.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering and operations leadership.
- Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
2. Drawing Audit & Validation
- Lead the systematic review of existing technical drawings to assess compliance with current design standards, tolerances, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with design engineers and manufacturing experts to validate drawing accuracy and feasibility for production.
- Ensure traceability and documentation of all drawing changes and approvals.
