About the Role
- Electrical design of medium voltage and low voltage power distribution equipment, including single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, equipment layouts, and communication systems.
- Design protection & control systems for power distribution equipment and control panels including drawings noted above.
- Prepare and submit project documentation including:
- Operation and maintenance manuals
- Testing and commissioning reports
- Change order requests
- Other related equipment and project documentation
- Organize and participate in design review and project meetings with both internal and external clients
- Specify and select electrical equipment and services, prepare data sheets, prepare RFQs, review quotations, select and interface with vendors, prepare purchase orders
