Job Description

The Engineering Program Manager for our Shenzhen based Program Management Office (PMO) calls for an individual who will manage the development execution of Belkin’s consumer electronic products. The job entails program management from product concept to mass production. This individual will lead a global team of internal and external cross-functional team members following Belkin’s Product Development life cycle processes. The job involves intensive interaction with Design, Engineering, Quality, Business Unit Executives, Regional Sales Teams, and external vendors. The Engineering Program Manager must be able to comfortably address communication with people at all levels, including senior management. The work scope will include, but is not limited to, management of the schedule, cost, design, testing, regulatory compliance, and mass production transition.
