Engineering Officer (Building Maintenance)

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of mechanical systems across staff quarters, including laundry washers and dryers, building fans, ventilation systems, lift and escalator.

Plan and coordinate the execution of reactive and preventive maintenance activities for building Maintenance.

Monitor the productivity of maintenance staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards.

Oversee the movement of job tickets, closely monitor CNF (Completion Notification) and TECO (Technical Completion) in the SAP system.

Conduct troubleshooting, report defects, and propose effective repair solutions.

Attend morning briefings and meetings with users and contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
