Your Job
Molex is seeking a proactive Engineering NPI Coordinator to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within our Taiwan Engineering team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring sample builds are executed smoothly, on time, and in close coordination with Engineering and Production teams. You will track progress, identify risks, and help resolve production constraints during the sample and early build phases.

Scope
End‑to‑end coordination of NPI sample activities
Schedule tracking and progress reporting
Production line observation and issue identification
Cross‑functional communication and execution support

Coordinate NPI sample builds from material release through final closing reports
Track sample schedules and update progress reports to ensure on‑time delivery
