Engineering Manufacturing Manager

Maintaining and enhancing current systems or products after they are first released is the primary responsibility of a Sustaining Engineering Manager position. This entails leading the group in charge of fixing problems, putting upgrades into place, and guaranteeing the functionality and durability of the product. Managing engineering change processes, assisting with manufacturing, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance are important duties.

What you need to be successful?

Education:

Engineering Bachelor Degree (mechanical, electrical, materials, industrial), preferred Masters in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience:

At least 5 years in Engineering leadership role

License/certification:

Desirable: Greenbelt, Black Belt, Design of Experiments, SCRUM Project Management, SMED, Power BI
